Abstract

Love acts as a favor civilizing, transforming selfishness altruism. However, we must look for love in a broader way, not limiting us to love only the closest, since it is not a currency trading is not something you buy or that you negotiate, it's an important feeling It should be cherished and extended to all people. Can be drawn that the law never fulfill its mission and achieve its objectives if the man live without next love, whose goal of the law is the peace that is sustained by justice, and the path to righteousness is love, because without it there is no justice, there is no love without dignity, and there is dignity is not respected Human rights. Currently earn interest body on issues involving the protection of these rights and it is understood the paramount importance of construction of Fundamental Rights in order to achieve peace, the purpose of which is defended by the Constitution. The study aims to demonstrate how this noble feeling concatenate with the application of laws and human rights, which we used deductive approach and literature, as well as qualitative research.
