Abstract
This paper proposes new less conservative methods for the design of robust state derivative feedback controllers in order to provide stability and improved dynamic performance to uncertain linear time invariant (LTI) systems. The controller design strategy is based on relaxed LMI conditions obtained using the Finsler's Lemma technique. Numerical examples are presented to compare the proposed approach with other methods available in the literature.
