Este trabalho tem como objetivo contar as histórias de trabalhadores que não pararam de exercer seus ofícios durante a pandemia de Covid-19 no Brasil por meio de um livro-reportagem de perfis. “E quem não parou?” deseja dar visibilidade e voz às pessoas que não puderam fazer isolamento social e se proteger do vírus — as quais estão muitas vezes às margens da sociedade, sem contar com amparo governamental e reconhecimento da própria população. O objetivo do livro é mostrar as realidades desses profissionais a partir de uma perspectiva humana e fiel, bem como levar os leitores a refletirem acerca das desigualdades sociais e econômicas que assolam o país. O gênero da obra é a narrativa de perfis, segundo definições de Sérgio Vilas-Boas.
Abstract (english)
This work aims to tell the stories of workers who have not stopped exercising their offices during the Covid-19 pandemic in Brazil through a profiling book. "And who did not stop?" wants to give visibility and voice to people who could not do isolation and protect themselves from the virus — who are often on the margins of society, without government support and recognition of the population itself. The aim of the book is to show the realities of these professionals from a human and faithful perspective, as well as lead readers to reflect on social and economic inequalities that plague the country. The genre of the work is the narrative of profiles, according to definitions of Sérgio Vilas-Boas.
