dc.description.abstractThis work proposes a chatbot architecture for screening Parkinson's disease (PD) using the Telegram platform. By leveraging large language models (LLMs) as agents, our chatbot can run the voice based screening inspections for computer-assisted PD diagnosis. The chatbot guides users through vocal tests that analyze phonemes, a method based on the potential of vocal biomarkers to indicate PD. This innovation makes PD screening more accessible and user-friendly, particularly in underserved regions, offering a cost-effective tool for early intervention and improved patient care.en
