Acolhimento na visão complexa: ação coletiva emergente na Equipe de Saúde da Família

This qualitative research aimed to understand the team’s experience with the practice of user embracement in the Family Health Strategy. The focus group conducted with 13 members of staff, content analysis systematized data. The Complexity Theory and user embracement dialogue comprised the theoretical framework. The team that acts as Complex and Adaptive Dynamics system can have the user embracement as an emerging quality. The potentiation of relations-meetings to enable different responses to the modes of being and acting of the Newtonian mechanistic model answers.

Abstract (portuguese)

Pesquisa qualitativa que objetivou compreender a experiência da equipe com a prática do acolhimento na Estratégia Saúde da Família. O grupo focal conduzido com 13 integrantes da equipe, a análise de conteúdo sistematizou os dados. A Teoria da Complexidade e acolhimento-diálogo compuseram o referencial teórico. A equipe que atua como Sistema Dinâmico Complexo e Adaptativo pode ter o acolhimento como qualidade emergente. O potencializar das relações-encontros possibilita respostas diferentes aos modos de ser e agir do modelo newtoniano-mecanicista.
