Abstract
This article is the study of the institute's study of the leniency agreement created with Law No. 12,846/2013, known as anti-corruption law. This law was an instrument to enable the practice of responsible and ethical measures in companies, serving as a way for the preservation of an agreement of agreement, collaboration between interested parties, who, in establishing the agreement, are willing to achieve common purposes, protecting and preserving their own interests from another part. In the present work, the positive effects achieved by this instrument aimed at protecting public administration will be studied, as well as to protect the company's own interests by reducing fines and penalties that would be applied both in the administrative process and in the judicial process. Thus, the leniency agreement is aimed exclusively at the legal entity, while the award-winning collaboration aims at the contribution of the individual.
