O estado ineficiente, incapaz de fornecer proteção social adequada e oportunidades econômicas sustentáveis, resulta na perpetuação do precariado, que, por sua vez, se torna uma retroalimentação negativa do processo contínuo de uberização da economia, onde a instabilidade no trabalho e a falta de segurança se a norma em detrimento do bem-estar. O objetivo geral do presente trabalho foi entender como a ineficácia do Estado e sua administração deficiente, resulta no aumento do Precariado e como este proporciona a retroalimentação da Uberização. Enquanto os objetivos específicos são, descrever e compreender o papel do Estado e a sua ineficácia em relação a população e território, abordar o conceito do Precariado, e como este, retroalimenta a Uberização. O presente trabalho trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica buscado em bases de dados online com o tempo recorte de 10 anos. A ausência de regulamentação e proteção social, juntamente com a desigualdade crescente, exige medidas legislativas para garantir direitos trabalhistas e fiscais. A expansão da segurança investimentos em infraestrutura e serviços públicos também são necessários. para abordar a falta de habitação e serviços nas áreas urbanas onde o precariado se concentra.

The inefficient state, unable to provide adequate social protection and sustainable economic opportunities, results in the perpetuation of the precariat, which in turn becomes negative feedback to the ongoing process of uberization of the economy, where job instability and lack of security if the norm to the detriment of well-being becomes society. The general objective of this work was to understand how the ineffectiveness of the State and its deficient administration results in an increase in the Precariat and how this provides feedback for Uberization. While the specific objectives are to describe and understand the role of the State and its ineffectiveness in relation to the population and territory, to address the concept of the Precariat, and how this feeds back into Uberization. This work is a bibliographical review searched in online databases with a time frame of 10 years. The absence of regulation and social protection, together with growing inequality, requires legislative measures to guarantee labor and tax rights. The expansion of security, investments in infrastructure and public services are also necessary. to address the lack of housing and services in urban areas where the precariat is concentrated.
