Avaliação histopatológica e morfométrica de órgãos do sistema genital de ratos

Abstract

O presente relatório de Estágio Curricular faz parte do Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso de Ciências Biológicas, modalidade bacharelado. O estágio foi realizado no Laboratório de Biologia e Toxicologia da Reprodução e do Desenvolvimento (ReproTox) no Instituto de Biociências do Campus de Botucatu. O estágio realizado foi o de instrumentação e seus objetivos gerais incluem a complementação da formação acadêmica, a sedimentação dos conhecimentos adquiridos durante o curso e a aproximação com a prática profissional da área de Biologia do Organismo. Durante o estágio foram realizadas atividades remotas e presenciais, que proporcionaram um melhor entendimento sobre os trabalhos realizados no laboratório, com a disponibilização de materiais, artigos, reuniões e apresentações sobre o conteúdo para avaliar e solidificar o conhecimento adquirido. Os resultados das análises feitas foram registradas comparando-as com os registros da literatura.

This Curricular Internship report is part of the Biological Sciences Course Completion Work, baccalaureate modality. The internship was carried out at the Laboratory of Biology and Toxicology of Reproduction and Development (ReproTox) at the Institute of Biosciences of the Botucatu Campus. The internship was instrumentation and its general objectives include the complementation of the academic formation, the sedimentation of the knowledge acquired during the course and the approximation with the professional practice in the area of ​​Biology of the Organism. During the internship, remote and presencial activities were carried out, which provided a better understanding of the work carried out in the laboratory, with the availability of materials, articles, meetings and presentations on the content to evaluate and solidify the acquired knowledge. The results of the analyzes performed were recorded by comparing them with the records in the literature.
