Hélio Oiticica: antropófago de si mesmo

Abstract

Esta dissertação teve por objetivo a discussão sobre o ato criador em Hélio Oiticica (1937-1980) e o legado da Antropofagia em sua obra no contexto cultural brasileiro das décadas de 1960 e 1970. Ampliar a compreensão das idéias das vanguardas Construtivistas dentro do Movimento Neoconcreto e seus desdobramentos nas proporções de Hélio, em especial a questão da participação do espectador; o sentido da coletividade de prazer, e lazer e da relação arte é vida. Investigar o comportamento de Oiticica frente ao mundo das artes sua posição política e ética, a aproximação de sua atitude criadora com o de outros artistas de sua geracão, e o contato com a marginalidade, para uma compreensão de sua presença diante do contexto histórico e cultural em que atuava. E ainda discutir o conceito de antiarte desenvolvido por Hélio, seu processo de desestatização por uma ética do ato criador da relação entre o artista e o espectador. Investigando se Oiticica chegou a criar uma antiarte genuinamente brasileira, sem submissão periférica e como isso se deu naquele momento histórico. Desenvolver leituras e aproximações sobre a atividade de Hélio Oiticica dentro do cenário brasileiro e mundial, de sua poética experimental para um aprofundamento das questões da arte de vanguarda brasileira, em busca de sua participação na historia das artes visuais e da cultura do Brasil.

This text has the main purpose to deepen the quarrel on the creative act in the Hélio Oiticica (1937-1980) and the lagacy of Anthropophagy in the brazilian cultural context of the decades of 1960 to 1970. To inside extend the understanding of the ideas of the Constructivist vanguards of the neo-concrete movement and its unfoldings in the Hélio proposals, special the question of the participation of the spectator; the direction of collective, pleasure and leisure and the relation art and life. To investigate the behavior of Oiticica front the world of the arts, its position politics and ethics, the a of approach of this creative attitude with the one of other artists of its generation, the contact with the marginality for an understanding of its presence ahead of the historical and cultural context where is acted. And still, to argue the concept of anti-art developed by Hélio, its breaking with the aesthetic for ethics of the creative act, the relation between the artist and spectador. Investiganting in Oiticica it arrived to creat a original brazilian antiart, without peripheral submission and this if it gave at that historical moment. To inside develop readings and approaches on the activity of Oiticica of the brazilian and word-wide cultural scene, of its poetical experimental one for a deepening of the question of the art of brazilian vanguard, in search of an interpretation of its participation in the history of the visual arts and the culture in Brazil.
