Resumo (português)
A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar as consequências da pandemia da
Covid-19 na vida das mulheres. Para isso, foi necessário compreender o que é gênero,
patriarcado e como estes influenciaram e influenciam na vida das mulheres,
considerando a trajetória histórica feminina, destacando que a mulher sempre esteve
um passo atrás dos homens, resultado de décadas de submissão em detrimento ao
patriarcado. Além de resgatar as vivências e lutas femininas por direitos, torna-se
importante compreender o fenômeno da violência contra a mulher, os tipos e
características: a violência física, psicológica, sexual, patrimonial ou feminicídio.
Foram analisadas as legislações de proteção ao direito da mulher no Brasil, desde o
início com a licença maternidade de 30 dias prescrita pela lei nº 11.770/08, até a útilma
alteração da Lei Maria da Penha no ano de 2022. Desta maneira é possível
compreender toda a história feminina e deixar ainda mais evidente que a violência
doméstica sempre esteve presente na vida das mulheres, sendo naturalizada e a
vítima culpabilizada não só pela sociedade mas também pelo setor jurídico, o mesmo
que vem sendo modificado a cada dia através de lutas e protestos femininos. Foram
ainda descritos assuntos relevantes sobre a pandemia da COVID-19, como a mesma
se iniciou e os motivos que fizeram com que a adoção do isolamento social
influenciasse de forma direta para que os índices de violência doméstica e familiar
contra a mulher aumentassem significativamente neste período. A pesquisa
caracteriza-se como bibliográfica e documental. Com o presente artigo se tem o intuito
compreender as consequências da pandemia na vida das mulheres.

The present research aims to analyze the consequences of the pandemic of
Covid-19 in women's lives. For this, it was necessary to understand what gender is,
patriarchy and how they have influenced and influence women's lives,
considering the historical trajectory of women, emphasizing that women have always been
a step behind men, the result of decades of submission to the detriment of
patriarchy. The present research aims to analyze the consequences of the pandemic of
Covid-19 in women's lives. For this, it was necessary to understand what gender is,
patriarchy and how they have influenced and influence women's lives,
considering the historical trajectory of women, emphasizing that women have always been
a step behind men, the result of decades of submission to the detriment of
patriarchy. In this way it is possible
understand the entire female history and make it even more evident that violence
domestic work has always been present in women's lives, being naturalized and
victim blamed not only by society but also by the legal sector, the same
which is being modified every day through female struggles and protests. Were
relevant matters about the COVID-19 pandemic were also described, such as the same
started and the reasons that made the adoption of social isolation
directly influence the rates of domestic and family violence
against women increased significantly in this period. The search
characterized as bibliographical and documentary. With this article, the aim is to
understand the consequences of the pandemic on women's lives.
