Desempenho Paulista nos conteúdos de Química no ENEM 2019

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo principal identificar as questões de Ciências da Natureza e suas Tecnologias com conteúdo de Química do ENEM (Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio) de 2019 em que os candidatos que realizaram a avaliação no Estado de São Paulo apresentaram maior índice e erro, relacionando essas questões com suas respectivas Competências e Habilidades e identificando possíveis causas para esses erros. Para atingir o objetivo foi adotado o método de pesquisa quantitativa se dedica a mensuração e trabalha com números, escalas e construção de índices. A base de dados utilizados na pesquisa são os microdados do ENEM 2019 fornecidos pelo INEP (Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira), este tipo de análise de materiais pré-existentes possibilita o conhecimento do passado; possibilita a investigação dos processos de mudança social e cultural; permite a obtenção de dados com menor custo; favorece a obtenção de dados sem o constrangimento dos sujeitos. Os resultados mostraram que em questões que englobam símbolos e equações químicas os candidatos apresentaram um desempenho abaixo dos 50%, o que mostra que eles apresentam dificuldades com esses temas. Em contraponto, em questões que apresentam temas como impactos ambientais, socioeconômicos e sociais os candidatos apresentaram um melhor desempenho. Esses fatos destacam que a BNCC (Base Nacional Comum Curricular) e o Currículo Paulista, estão priorizando conteúdos diretamente relacionados com fatores que afetam o cotidiano dos estudantes paulistas.

This work has as main objective to identify the questions of Natural Sciences and its Technologies with Chemistry content of ENEM (National High School Exam) of 2019 in which the candidates who carried out the evaluation in the State of São Paulo had a higher index and error, relating these questions with their respective Competences and Skills and identifying possible causes for these errors. To achieve the objective, the quantitative research method was adopted, dedicated to measurement and working with numbers, scales and construction of indices. The database used in the research is the ENEM 2019 microdata provided by INEP (National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira), this type of analysis of pre-existing materials enables knowledge of the past; enables the investigation of social and cultural change processes; allows you to obtain data at a lower cost; favors the collection of data without the constraints of the subjects. The results showed that in questions that include symbols and chemical equations, candidates performed below 50%, which shows that they have difficulties with these themes. On the other hand, on issues that present themes such as environmental, socioeconomic and social impacts, the candidates performed better. These facts highlight that the BNCC (Commom National Curriculum Base) and the Currículo Paulista are prioritizing content directly related to factors that affect the daily lives of students in São Paulo.
