A migração da população LGBTQIAPN+ da cidade de Americana para São Paulo: motivos, causas e justificativas

Abstract

O presente trabalho objetiva analisar a migração da população LGBTQIAPN+ do interior para as metrópoles e a relação entre o direito à cidade e as sexualidades. Logo, este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso busca identificar os fatores de atração e repulsão em cidades do interior do Estado de São Paulo com foco na cidade de Americana e o fluxo dessa minoria para a cidade de São Paulo. A cidade de Americana, localizada no interior do Estado de São Paulo a aproximadamente 141 quilômetros da capital é marcada por tradições conservadoras que permeiam cada aspecto da vida cotidiana, tendo como protagonistas de sua formação histórica homens, héteros e brancos, a cidade reforça em sua estrutura as normas patriarcais e heterossexuais excluindo e afastando a população LGBTQIAPN+ do convívio e dos espaços públicos.

This study aims to analyze the migration of the LGBTQIAPN+ population from rural areas to metropolitan areas and the relationship between the right to the city and sexualities. Therefore, this Final Course Project seeks to identify the factors of attraction and repulsion in cities in the interior of the state of São Paulo, focusing on the city of Americana and the flow of this minority to the city of São Paulo. The city of Americana, located in the interior of the state of São Paulo, approximately 141 kilometers from the capital, is marked by conservative traditions that permeate every aspect of daily life, with straight, white men as the protagonists of its historical formation. the city reinforces patriarchal and heterosexual norms in its structure, excluding and alienating the LGBTQIAPN+ population from social interaction and public spaces.
