Adoecimento no trabalho, a metamorfose do trabalhador do campo na cidade e os reflexos da reestruturação produtiva em uma fábrica de confecções têxteis no interior do Estado de São Paulo

Abstract

Esta dissertação analisa as relações entre o processo de reestruturação produtiva e o adoecimento no trabalho em uma fábrica de confecções têxteis, da cidade de Auriflama, interior do Estado de São Paulo. A problemática estudada foi analisada a luz das condições de trabalho e saúde dos trabalhadores da fábrica têxtil Ares Confecções que reproduz tendências internacionais de flexibilidade e intensificação do trabalho. Assim, as causas, características e consequências das condições de trabalho são analisadas com base, sobretudo em entrevistas semiestruturadas com trabalhadoras e trabalhadores adoecidos, bem como, relatos orais. Abordamos as consequências das condições de trabalho sobre a saúde dos trabalhadores e trabalhadoras do seguimento de confecções têxteis, evidenciando seu caráter penoso de esgotamento físico e mental que contribui para os adoecimentos, sobretudo das trabalhadoras.

This dissertation analyzes the relationship between the process of productive restructuring and illness at work in a textile factory, in the city of Auriflama, in the inland of the state of São Paulo. The problem studied was analyzed in the light of the working conditions and health of workers at the textile factory Ares Confecções, which reproduces international trends in flexibility and intensification of work. Thus, the causes, characteristics and consequences of working conditions are analyzed based, especially in semi-structured interviews with workers and sick workers, as well as oral reports. We address the consequences of working conditions on the health of male and female workers sector textile clothing, highlighting their painful character of physical and mental exhaustion that contributes to illnesses, especially for female workers.
