Abstract (english)
In this work we develop the general treatment of singular systems via Hamilton-Jacobi formalism, first developed b yCaratheódory for regular systems. We will give emphasis on first order action systems, whose Lagrangian is a linear function of the velocities. The main objective is, besides presenting the formalism in an appropriate form, to show the existence of a simplectic structure in the phase space of these systems by finding appropriate generalized brackets, with which the canonic quantization will be given in a natural way

Neste trabalho desenvolvemos o tratamento geral de sistemas singulares pelo formalismo de Hamilton-Jacobi, desenvolvido primeiro por Caratheódory para sistemas regulares. Daremos ênfase a sistemas cuja ação é de primeira ordem, ou seja, cuja Lagrangiana é uma funçãoo linear nas velocidades. O objetivo principal é, além de apresentar o formalismo de forma apropriada, mostrar a existência da estrutura simplética no espaço de fase desses sistemas ao encontrar parênteses generalizados apropriados, com os quais a quantização canônica se dará de forma natural
