dc.description.abstractOral Cancer Oral cancer is often diagnosed with the presence of metastasis, which implies a significantly poor prognosis. Saliva‐based liquid biopsy using biosensors targeting LTA4H, CSTB, and COL6A1 biomarkers offers high sensitivity and selectivity. In a cohort of 60 patients, machine learning analysis achieves 76% accuracy in detecting lymph node metastasis, enhancing non‐invasive clinical assessments for oral cancer.
