Sexting e Cyberbullying: reflexões a partir de relatos de mulheres que vivenciaram a exposição de seus conteúdos íntimos em redes sociais

O fenômeno do sexting se faz uma prática frequente de manifestação da sexualidade atualmente, lançando mão de trocas virtuais de conteúdos sexuais por mensagens de texto, fotos e vídeos. No entanto, percebemos que o problema se localiza na utilização traiçoeira desses conteúdos íntimos para ações violentas – cyberbullying – contra mulheres que, inclusive, são as maiores prejudicadas devido a cultura machista que vivemos. Diante disso, o presente estudo objetiva investigar a percepção de pessoas que foram vítimas de conteúdos íntimos expostos em ambientes virtuais e elencar elementos que colaborem na formulação de atuações, em espaços formativos, com propósito de promover a proteção e prevenção de violências dessa natureza. Para isso, nos valemos da pesquisa qualitativa do tipo exploratória e descritiva e como instrumento de coleta de dados usamos a entrevista semiestruturada com sete mulheres que tiveram suas imagens divulgadas a partir da prática do sexting. Os dados foram analisados e categorizados através da Análise de Conteúdo de Bardin e interpretados a partir de referenciais teóricos que problematizam a cultura machista, sexista e heteronormativa que propagam valores e condutas acerca dos gêneros e sexualidade. A partir das percepções do grupo de mulheres entrevistada, notamos que as mesmas sofreram punições por suas práticas sexuais passarem por desvelamento, uma vez que a ação de desvelar - que é violenta - está intimamente ligada a uma cultura machista e desvios de moldes normativos em sexualidade e gênero, como também notamos que a desproteção, injustiças e impactos que sofreram estão ligadas a essas normativas que se encontram enraizadas em instituições consagradas - escola, delegacias/judiciário e família - e que são expressas em forma de desinformação das participantes sobre redes de apoio, denúncias e proteção, a ausência de educação sexual, ações preconceituosas de profissionais que deveriam atuar para proteção das mesmas e impasses jurídicos. Como forma de contornar essa realidade, elencamos a educação sexual e a necessidade de formação de professores e outros profissionais como essenciais para prevenção e proteção das vítimas de vazamento íntimo e como efeito dessas articulações, elaboramos um produto educacional para docentes para atuação em prol da proteção das vítimas e prevenção da violência pela exposição íntima em espaços virtuais.

The phenomenon of sexting is a common practice for expressing sexuality today, involving virtual exchanges of sexual content through text messages, photos, and videos. However, we have noticed that the problem lies in the treacherous use of this intimate content for violent actions – cyberbullying – against women, who are the most affected by the sexist culture in which we live. In view of this, this study aims to investigate the perception of people who have been victims of intimate content exposed in virtual environments and, with this, list elements that collaborate in the formulation of actions, in educational spaces, with the purpose of promoting the protection and prevention of violence of this nature. To this end, we used qualitative research of the exploratory and descriptive type and as a data collection instrument we used semi-structured interviews with seven women who had their images disclosed through the practice of sexting. The data were analyzed and categorized using Bardin's Content Analysis and interpreted based on theoretical frameworks that problematize the macho, sexist, and heteronormative culture that propagates values and behaviors regarding gender and sexuality. Based on the perceptions of the group of women interviewed, we noted that they suffered punishments for their sexual practices being exposed, since the act of revealing - which is violent - is closely linked to a macho culture and deviations from normative models in sexuality and gender. We also noted that the lack of protection, injustices, and impacts they suffered are linked to these norms that are rooted in established institutions - schools, police stations/judicial system, and family - and that are expressed in the form of misinformation of the participants about support networks, complaints, and protection, the lack of sexual education, prejudiced actions by professionals who should act to protect them, and legal impasses. As a way of getting around this reality, we listed sexual education and the need to train teachers and other professionals as essential for the prevention and protection of victims of intimate leak and, as a result of these articulations, we developed an educational product for teachers to act in favor of the protection of victims and prevention of violence through intimate exposure in virtual spaces.
