Especificidades da gestão das creches conveniadas no município de Bauru: um estudo de caso

Abstract

O objetivo do presente trabalho foi a análise da percepção da gestora de uma creche conveniada, mediante as especificidades da gestão das creches conveniadas no município de Bauru, observando-se ainda a qualidade da educação ministrada para as crianças de 0 a 5 anos e 11 meses de idade, a partir da visão da gestora. Para tanto, realizou-se uma revisão bibliográfica sobre o histórico das políticas públicas para a área da educação infantil e como as mesmas contribuíram para o processo da formação de creches conveniadas, à luz da legislação, e os desdobramentos da legislação, discorrendo também sobre os desafios e necessidades envolvidos na formação continuada dos profissionais envolvidos na educação infantil das creches conveniadas. Destacou-se ainda a importância da gestão democrática de qualidade para o funcionamento de todos os processos envolvidos numa creche conveniada. Como metodologia utilizou-se a pesquisa bibliográfica e o estudo de caso com entrevista semiestruturada, com questionário e análise do conteúdo, junto à gestora de uma creche conveniada no município de Bauru. Como resultado da pesquisa destaca-se a concepção sobre o educar e o cuidar de todos os profissionais e também a sua formação continuada. Conclui-se que é muito importante que todos compreendam a importância do educar e cuidar, de forma indissociável, pois é o início da vida de cada criança que ali está e tudo o que acontecer com elas nessa primeira infância, levará consigo para sempre e que os profissionais envolvidos possuam formação continuada, buscando qualidade na prestação de serviços na área da educação infantil.

The objective of the present work was to analyze the perception of the manager of an affiliated day care center, through the specificities of the management of the associated day care centers in the municipality of Bauru, also observing the quality of the education given to children from 0 to 5 years and 11 months age, from the manager's point of view. To this end, a bibliographical review was carried out on the history of public policies for the area of early childhood education and how they contributed to the process of forming associated daycare centers, in the light of the legislation, and the developments of the legislation, also discussing the challenges and needs involved in the continuing education of professionals involved in early childhood education at partner day care centers. The importance of quality democratic management for the operation of all processes involved in a contracted nursery was also highlighted. As a methodology, bibliographical research and case study were used with semi-structured interview, with questionnaire and content analysis, together with the manager of an accredited day care center in the city of Bauru. As a result of the research, the concept of educating and caring for all professionals stands out, as well as their continuing education. It is concluded that it is very important that everyone understand the importance of educating and caring, in an inseparable way, because it is the beginning of the life of each child that is there and everything that happens to them in that early childhood, they will take with them forever and that the professionals involved have continuous training, seeking quality in the provision of services in the area of early childhood education.
