A Educação Especial e seus contornos dentro do Transtorno do Espectro Autista: desafios e possibilidades

Abstract

O estudo tem como objetivo compreender a inclusão educacional e social das crianças com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA). Deste modo o trabalho busca apreender a legislação vigente de modo que seja evidenciado se ela está sendo efetivada e como isso pode afetar a população que necessita da mesma para efetivar seus direitos. A partir disso também foi visto os avanços e retrocessos em torno da inclusão educacional e social das crianças com TEA, com os estudos bibliográficos foi abordado como este processo de inclusão está sendo realizado para que seja garantido uma educação de qualidade para todos/as. Ademais, ressaltamos a importância da educação e a relevância dela em volta da criação de novos pensamentos e perspectivas sobre a realidade que vivenciamos. Portanto, foi possível verificar avanços na inclusão social trazendo assim as crianças com TEA para uma vivência social e inclusiva, de modo que este processo traz benefícios para o espaço educacional proporcionando uma educação que se atente a diversidade. Podendo assim neste espaço levantar propostas de debates e oficinas sobre a diversidade, fazendo com que as crianças tenham contato com estes assuntos desde a infância. Outro ponto muito importante que foi tratado na pesquisa está centrado na compreensão das dificuldades das crianças com TEA em meio ao espaço educacional, a partir disso foi buscado bibliografias que tratam da presente temática, fazendo com que fosse identificado como isso afeta no desenvolvimento destas crianças e perspectivas para solucionar esta situação. Ao final, conclui-se que a pesquisa deu visibilidade para esta temática fazendo com que a academia científica e a população tenham acesso a estas discussões feitas e compreendam maneiras de incluir as crianças com TEA nos meios sociais e educacionais.

The study aims to understand the educational and social inclusion of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In this way the work seeks to apprehend the current legislation so that it is evidenced if it is being affected and how this can affect the population that needs it to enforce their rights. From this will also has be seen the advances and setbacks around the educational and social inclusion of children with ASD, with the bibliographic studies, it was approached as this process of inclusion is being carried out so that a quality education is guaranteed for all. In addition, we emphasize the importance of education and its relevance around the creation of new thoughts and perspectives on the reality we experience. Therefore, it was possible verify advances in social inclusion thus bringing children with ASD to a social and inclusive experience, so this process brings benefits to the educational space providing an education that pays attention to diversity. Thus, in this space, it can raise proposals for debates and workshops on diversity, making children have contact with these subjects from childhood. Another very important point that was addressed in the research is centered on the understanding of the difficulties of children with ASD in the educational space, from this was searched bibliographies that deal with the present theme, causing it to be identified how this affects the development of these children and perspectives to solve this situation. In the end, it concludes that the research gives visibility to this theme so that the Scientific Academy and the population have access to these discussions and understand ways to include children with ASD in social and educational settings.
