Os discursos dos representantes do Movimento Brasil Livre durante o período do governo Bolsonaro (2019-2022)

O Movimento Brasil Livre surge como um expoente da direita: representado por figuras da direita digital como Kim Kataguiri e Arthur do Val, posicionaram o MBL como possível representante político desse descontentamento social acerca da democracia e dos representantes políticos eleitos, especialmente os petistas. Essa imagem antissistêmica do movimento, aliada a um discurso de suposta renovação política, ganhou aderência nacional significativa, a qual materializou-se em cadeiras no Congresso Nacional em 2018 juntamente a outras lideranças de extrema-direita, como o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro. Desse modo, o trabalho buscou preencher a lacuna no debate sobre a atuação desses atores políticos exógenos dotados de capital midiático (Bourdieu, 2001; 2012) enquanto agentes expressivos dentro da deliberação das instituições legislativas, influindo na dinâmica do plano de poder formal. Assim, a análise concentrou-se nas falas do deputado federal Kim Kataguiri e do deputado estadual Arthur do Val durante seus mandatos (2019-2022) na Câmara dos Deputados e na Assembleia Legislativa de São Paulo, de maneira a compreender se os integrantes mantiveram coerência com os princípios do movimento. Além disso, trata-se da verificação do discurso de aproximação ou afastamento do bolsonarismo e como este está inserido e justificado na respectiva narrativa discursiva antissistêmica. A metodologia deste trabalho está calcada na análise de conteúdo (Bardin, 2002) das notas taquigráficas que possibilitou o delineamento temático da atuação institucional em plenário e comissões dos respectivos parlamentares. Ademais, foi feita a análise de discurso para compreensão do discurso inserido nas disputas de narrativas do discurso enquanto espaço de disputa de hegemonia (Laclau e Mouffe, 2015), bem como apoiada na revisão teórica sobre a democracia e a direita brasileira no século XXI. Afirma-se, por fim, que o MBL representa uma atualização discursiva da direita, combinando neoliberalismo e conservadorismo com estratégias midiáticas atualizadas que desqualificam o debate público e a deliberação legislativa.

The Movimento Brasil Livre emerged as an exponent of the right: represented by figures from the digital right, such as Kim Kataguiri and Arthur do Val, they positioned the MBL as a possible political representative of this social discontent regarding democracy and elected political representatives, especially those from the Workers' Party. This anti-systemic image of the movement, combined with a discourse of supposed political renewal, gained significant national support, which materialized in seats in the National Congress in 2018, together with other far-right leaders, such as former president Jair Bolsonaro. In this way, the work sought to fill the gap in the debate on the role of these exogenous political actors endowed with media capital (Bourdieu, 2001; 2012) as expressive agents within the deliberation of legislative institutions, influencing the dynamics of the formal power plan. Thus, the analysis focused on the speeches of federal deputy Kim Kataguiri and state deputy Arthur do Val during their terms (2019-2022) in the Chamber of Deputies and the Legislative Assembly of São Paulo, in order to understand whether the members remained consistent with the principles of the movement. In addition, it involves verifying the discourse of rapprochement or distancing from Bolsonarism and how this is inserted and justified in the respective anti-systemic discursive narrative. The methodology of this work is based on content analysis (Bardin, 2002) of shorthand notes that allowed the thematic delineation of the institutional action in plenary and committees of the respective parliamentarians. In addition, discourse analysis was carried out to understand the discourse inserted in the disputes of discourse narratives as a space for the dispute of hegemony (Laclau and Mouffe, 2015), as well as supported by the theoretical review on democracy and the Brazilian right in the 21st century. Finally, it is stated that the MBL represents a discursive update of the right, combining neoliberalism and conservatism with updated media strategies that disqualify public debate and legislative deliberation
