Abstract (english)
This analysis sought to study the social history of women, education and practice of cyber-activism, which consists of the struggle for causes that benefit society as a manner of social engagement. Through thorough theoretical study it was possible to analyze the campaign, 10X10, and relate the importance of the practice of personal commitment to support causes of global interest. Thus, it is possible to ascertain the relevance of actions via the Internet, its reach, its effectiveness and method of operation, providing voice and force to altruistic causes
Abstract (portuguese)
Este trabalho procurou estudar o histórico social da mulher, da educação e a prática do ciberativismo, que consiste da luta em prol de causas que beneficiem a sociedade, como forma de engajamento social. Através do profundo estudo teórico foi possível analisar a campanha escolhida, 10X10, e relacionar a importância da prática do comprometimento pessoal junto de apoio a causas de interesse global. Assim, sendo possível averiguar a relevância das ações via internet, seu alcance, sua eficácia e método de atuação, proporcionando voz e força a causas de conteúdo altruísta
