Nietzsche e o problema da verdade: o papel da linguagem na constituição da verdade e da moral

O propósito da presente dissertação é discutir as concepções de Nietzsche, com base nos escritos Sobre Verdade e Mentira no Sentido Extra-Moral, Humano, demasiado Humano e Aurora, a respeito do problema da Verdade, especialmente em sua relação com a moral. A crítica inicia-se através da linguagem, por representar esta o instrumento cognitivo por excelência, que por sua vez garantiria e perpetuaria as primeiras leis da verdade, ao estabelecer uma relação supostamente necessária entre os signos e os seus referentes. Assim, com a análise dos fundamentos semânticos e gramaticais da linguagem, chega-se à conclusão de que o que se atinge não é a verdade, mas uma crença em sua posse, que permitirá o despertar no indivíduo de um sentimento moral em relação à verdade. Abstract (english)

The purpose of this dissertation is to discuss the Nietzsche's conceptions, on the basis of writings On Truth and Lies in a Nonmoral Sense, Human, all too Human, and Daybreak, as regards the problem of Truth, especially in its relation to the moral. The criticism begins with the language, because this represents a cognitive instrument for excellence, assuring and perpetuating the first laws of truth, by establishing a relation supposedly needed between the signs and its referents. In this way, on the analysis of the semantic and grammatical foundations, it is arrived at the conclusion that what is reached isn’t the truth, but a belief in its possession, which makes it possible the awakening in individual of a moral feeling about truth. In view of these questions, the intimate relation of language with the truth and the moral will be analyzed
