Abstract (portuguese)
Este trabalho aborda os procedimentos analíticos e propostas de soluções interpretativas para as obras Sechs Lieder, Op. 59 – Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy e Liebeslieder-Walzer, Op. 52 – Johannes Brahms. A dissertação inicia falando sobre o que consistiu o projeto, em seguida aborda as dificuldades e motivos para a realização das traduções dos textos das canções. Ela passa por uma pequena biografia sobre os compositores e na sequência traz análises já existentes sobre as canções de Brahms, chegando à suas próprias conclusões a partir dessas análises. É levantado em quais aspectos as traduções, análises e pesquisas bibliográficas influenciaram na interpretação musical das obras. Por fim, abordam-se as dificuldades enfrentadas durante o processo de ensaio das obras e suas soluções, nos aspectos humanos e técnicos do processo.
Abstract (english)
This work addresses the analytical procedures and proposals for interpretive solutions for the works Sechs Lieder, Op. 59 – Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy and Liebeslieder-Walzer, Op. 52 – Johannes Brahms. The dissertation begins talking about what the project consisted of, then addresses the difficulties and reasons for carrying out the translations of the texts of the songs. It goes through a short biography about the composers and then brings existing analyzes of Brahms' songs, reaching it‘s own conclusions from these analyses. It is raised in which aspects the translations, analyzes and bibliographic research influenced the musical interpretation of the works. Finally, the difficulties faced during the testing process of the works and their solutions are addressed, in the human and technical aspects of the process.
