No atual momento histórico, as novas tecnologias de informação e comunicação estão presentes em praticamente todas as áreas; porém, na educação pública, em especial na EJA - Educação de Jovens e Adultos, tem predominado o ensino analógico, mesmo após todo o isolamento social imposto pela pandemia de COVID-19. Nesse contexto, a pesquisa objetivou responder ao seguinte questionamento: Quais contribuições a Plataforma Creator4all poderia trazer na formação de professores, para a organização e desenvolvimento de Atividade de Estudo, na Educação de Jovens e Adultos? Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram professores e estudantes, inicialmente de uma escola da região de Presidente Prudente (SP), com interações online em razão do isolamento da pandemia de COVID-19; depois; com educadores de nove estados brasileiros na modalidade de ensino a distância, e, na sequência, de forma remota e presencialmente, com professores e estudantes do município de Umuarama (PR). Na busca de respostas, foi utilizada a metodologia “Experimento Didático-Formativo”, com os fundamentos da teoria Histórico-Cultural e da teoria da ED (Educação Desenvolvimental). O Experimento aconteceu em situações de formação de professores, em momentos de planejamento, organização e desenvolvimento de atividades transformadoras, articuladas entre teoria e prática, incentivando o uso da linguagem digital com estudantes. A geração, coleta e análise de dados foram realizadas por meio de formulários, observações, vídeos gravados, áudios de entrevistas e interações com estudantes e professores. Dentre os resultados da pesquisa, destacaram-se as contribuições da Plataforma Creator4all para formação de professores autônomos, sujeitos de suas produções digitais, dentro do contexto educacional da sistematização e organização das AOE (Atividades Orientadoras de Ensino) e do desenvolvimento de AE (Atividade de Estudo), na Educação de Jovens e Adultos. Adicionalmente, outros resultados relevantes foram: a criação de novas estratégias de organização das AOE (Atividades Orientadoras de Ensino) e a criação de novos recursos da Plataforma Creator4all, ambos para atendimento das necessidades educacionais surgidas no processo ensino-aprendizagem no contexto da pesquisa. Constatamos, portanto, que a Plataforma Creator4all contribuiu com os processos formativos de professores e ampliou as possibilidades das práticas pedagógicas, tanto na organização, quanto na utilização da Atividade de Estudo, com a abordagem da Educação Desenvolvimental, favorecendo a superação do ensino tradicional, com perspectivas de formação e desenvolvimento omnilateral dos estudantes. Essa é a realidade desnudada na pesquisa, que mostra que foram atingidos o objetivo geral e os objetivos específicos da investigação, mas é necessário avançar do aparente para a essência, que é a constatação das gravíssimas deficiências estruturais, como o descaso e abandono que as escolas vêm sofrendo; a ausência dos recursos mais básicos, tais como falta de bibliotecas, salas de leitura, laboratório de Ciências; as deficiências de novas tecnologias, como banda larga, laboratórios de informática, tablets; a falta de apoio e formação de professores, situação que expõe o caos da educação pública, verdadeiro espelho das mazelas governamentais. Assim, faz-se necessário apontar com veemência para a essência, ou seja, a urgência de reformas na sociedade brasileira que ensejem a mitigação das desigualdades sociais históricas, que proporcionem condições educacionais adequadas a todos os cidadãos brasileiros.
Abstract (english)
In this current historical moment, new information and communication technologies are present in practically all areas; however, in public education, especially in Youth and Adult Education, analogue teaching has predominated, even after all the social isolation imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic. In this context, the research aimed to answer the following question: What contributions could the Creator4all Platform bring in teacher training, for the organization and development of Study Activity, in Youth and Adult Education? The research subjects were teachers and students, initially from a school in the Presidente Prudente (SP) region, with online interactions due to the isolation of the COVID-19 pandemic; later; with educators from nine Brazilian states in the distance learning modality, and, subsequently, remotely and in person, with teachers and students from the municipality of Umuarama (PR). In the search for answers, the methodology “Didactic-Formative Experience” was used, with the foundations of the Historical-Cultural theory and the theory of Developmental Education. The Experiment took place in teacher training situations, in moments of planning, organization and development of transforming activities, articulated between theory and practice, encouraging the use of digital language with students. The generation, collection and analysis of data were carried out through forms, observations, recorded videos, audio interviews and interactions with students and teachers. Among the research results, the contributions of the Creator4all technological platform for the training of autonomous teachers, subjects of their digital productions, within the educational context of the systematization and organization of Teaching Guiding Activities and the development of Study Activity, in Education of Youth and Adults. Additionally, other relevant results were the creation of new strategies for organizing the Teaching Guiding Activities and the creation of new resources for the Creator4all Platform, both to meet the educational needs arising in the teaching-learning process in the context of the research. Therefore, we found that the Creator4all technological platform contributed to the training processes of teachers and expanded the possibilities of pedagogical practices, both in the organization and in the use of Study Activity, with the approach of Developmental Education, favoring the overcoming of traditional teaching, with perspectives of training and omnilateral development of students. This is the reality laid bare in the research, which shows that the general objective and the specific objectives of the investigation were achieved, but it is necessary to move from the apparent to the essence, which is the verification of the very serious structural deficiencies, such as the neglect and abandonment that schools have been suffering; the absence of the most basic resources, such as lack of libraries, reading rooms, science laboratory; the shortcomings of new technologies, such as broadband, computer labs, tablets; the lack of support and training for teachers, a situation that exposes the chaos of public education, a true mirror of governmental ills. Thus, it is necessary to vehemently point to the essence, that is, the urgency for reforms in Brazilian society that give rise to the mitigation of historical social inequalities, which provide adequate educational conditions to all Brazilian citizens.
