Resumo
An arthrodesis promotes the union of the two or more bones extremities by surgical procedures in articulation with high pathologies. To obtain success with this technique the extension and flexion angle, the varus or valgus degree and the rotational or axial alignment should be taken under consideration. This procedure is an alternative to joint pathologies that present or not pain, avoiding radical surgeries like limb amputation.
