Resumo
The deepening of the process capital globalization had the relationship between the most complex countries; while seeking the inclusion in international trade, it is essential to strengthen regional economies. One of the ways adopted by the countries is the formation of economic blocs which, among other things, have the intention to strengthen regional trade and increase the potential for global competitiveness. Although the proposed objectives in regional integration plans, not all countries that are part of the same economic bloc enjoy the same business benefits, having thus an unequal relationship changes, characterized by the ranking of economies that are part of the same block; trade between the Mercosur countries ( particularly between Brazil and Paraguay) is an illustrative example of how integration occurs differently.
