Resumo
The Editor-in-Chief of the “German Journal of Veterinary Research“ has retracted this article (Martin et al. 2023) at the request of Prof. Dr. Guillermo Tellez-Isaias, who noticed „inaccuracies and undisclosed extensive use of the Chat GPT AI tool by one of the co-authors. Guillermo Tellez-Isaias, Raphael L. A. Filho, Roberto Senas-Cuesta, Inkar Castellanos-Huerta, Xochitl Hernandez-Velasco, Juan D. Latorre, and Saeed El-Ashram have agreed on the retraction to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the scientific record. However, Kristen Martin, Lauren Laverty, Latasha S. Gray, Raul F. R. Marcon, Andressa Stein, Makenly E. Coles, Ileana Loeza, and Ebtsam Al-Olayan have not responded.
