Abstract (english)
This study aims to characterize the profile and epidemiological conditions of the population served in the Family Health Strategy of the municipality of Presidente Prudente with reference to the information available in the consolidated provided by the Primary Care Information System. Consolidated were provided by the City Health Department and the information was organized and analyzed, depicting the profile and epidemiological conditions of each unit. The variables selected were consolidated: the population enrolled and attended by the Family Health Strategies; the age group; the prevalence of these complications and the prevalence of pregnant women. Data were organized and analyzed in Excel spreadsheets, allowing the calculation of the mean, median and percentage. The conditions with the highest prevalence were: diabetes and hypertension, however, they differ for each Family Health Strategy and teenage pregnancy.

O presente estudo objetiva caracterizar o perfil e as condições epidemiológicas da população atendida nas ESFs do município de Presidente Prudente tendo como referência as informações disponíveis no consolidado fornecido pelo Sistema de Informação da Atenção Básica – SIAB. Os consolidados foram disponibilizados pela Secretaria Municipal de Saúde – SMS e as informações foram organizadas e analisadas, retratando o perfil e as condições epidemiológicas de cada unidade. As variáveis selecionadas no consolidado foram: a população cadastrada e atendida pelas ESF; a faixa etária; a prevalência de intercorrências referidas e a prevalência de gestantes. Os dados foram organizados e analisados em planilhas do programa Excel, permitindo o cálculo da média, mediana e porcentagem. As patologias com maior prevalência foram: diabetes e hipertensão, entretanto, elas se diferem para cada ESF, bem como a gravidez na adolescência.
