Estudos, conversas, vivências e reflexões: o que a BNCC arte do ensino fundamental nos diz?

Abstract

O tema desta dissertação está relacionado aos estudos da legislação da política educacional e determinações curriculares, em relação ao ensino-aprendizagem de Arte presente na Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), em especial nas artes visuais. Busca-se investigar, por meio dos discursos presentes no documento, os sentidos das escolhas e termos utilizados, bem como suas relações com documentos oficiais. Para isso optamos pelo levantamento e análise de fontes sobre a BNCC, artigos, obras, documentos, pareceres, entrevistas, em consonâncias com o estudo de teorias curriculares e bibliografia especializada, a fim trazer à reflexão de como os discursos refletem, de fato, ideologias que transpassam níveis teóricos – neste caso as Artes.

This dissertation focuses on the legislation of educational policy and curriculum parameters in relation to art teaching and learning in the National Curriculum Common Core (Base Nacional Comum Curricular, BNCC), especially visual arts. Through the analysis of a range of documents, the dissertation will explore the reasons behind the linguistic choices and terms employed, as well as their relationship with official documents. Sources examined will include critical literature on the BNCC, articles, artworks, documents, reports and interviews, in line with curriculum theories and specialized bibliography studies and with the aim of provoking reflection on how these sources indeed reflect ideologies that traverse theoretical domains – in this case, the arts.
