Resumo
This article addresses the platformization of contracts, an emerging phenomenon that is transforming contract law and business practices due to the growth of digital platforms. The objective is to analyze how this transformation has legal implications, as well as business practices and the challenges faced by those involved. Using the deductive method, the study reviews classical theories and fundamental concepts of contract law, as well as applies these concepts to the new digital environment, through case studies and concrete examples. The justification is the need to adapt traditional contractual structures to technological innovations. The conclusion highlights that platformization requires a reinterpretation of contractual paradigms, offering a critical view of the adaptations and challenges faced in digital contract law.
