A cultura e identidade Surda são marcadores sociais pelos quais se explicam as desigualdades sofridas pelo grupo no convívio com os não Surdos. É importante entender esses marcadores para pensar e praticar uma educação não ouvintista e anticapacitista, respeitando os significados musicais para a comunidade Surda. O objetivo da pesquisa é investigar e descrever possibilidades da percepção sonoro-musical do Surdo a fim de trabalhar sua aprendizagem musical, respeitando seus aspectos culturais. A pesquisa terá como método o levantamento bibliográfico em bases de dados PubMed e PLOS ONE, Google Scholar, P@arthenon, JSTOR, Academia.edu, bancos de teses, como o portal de periódicos da CAPES, ABEM, ANPPOM e SIMCAM. Do material bibliográfico, foram descritos múltiplos casos de atividades musicais com Surdos, e realizadas duas entrevistas semi-estruturadas com musicistas Surdas.
Abstract (english)
Deaf culture and identity are social markers that explain the inequalities suffered by the group in living with non-Deaf people. It is important to understand these markers in order to think and practice a non-listening and anti-capacitist education, respecting the musical meanings for the Deaf community. The objective of the research is to investigate and describe possibilities of the sound-musical perception of the Deaf in order to work on their musical learning, respecting their cultural aspects. The research method will be a bibliographic survey in PubMed and PLOS ONE, Google Scholar, P@arthenon, JSTOR, Academia.edu, databases of theses, such as the CAPES journal portal, ABEM, ANPPOM and SIMCAM. From the bibliographic material, multiple cases of musical activities with Deaf people were described, and two semi-structured interviews were carried out with Deaf musicians.
