ASPECTS OF DEREALIZATION - STUDY OF THE REPRESENTATION OF THOUGHT IN PERTO DO CORACAO SELVAGEM (NEAR TO THE WILD HEART)
Abstract
Clarice Lispector published Near to the wild heart in 1943, causing a huge stir among critics. Of the assessments, we highlight Antonio Candido's for whom the writer has achieved something that few Brazilian writers had achieved that is to make language an instrument of reflection and discovery of the innermost feelings of human beings through associations different from usual, managing, therefore, with a particular way of language work, to give artistic dimension to demonstrations of thought in writing. Based on these considerations, our job is to try to identify, in some passages of the first part of the novel, how the expression of the emotions of the character Joana is configured.
