Resumo
A presente tese tem como objetivo principal analisar a influência do pensamento de Jean Piaget e Rolando García na pesquisa em ensino de Física no Brasil, tomando como referência a produção acadêmica desenvolvida no Laboratório de Pesquisa e Ensino de Física (LaPEF) da Faculdade de Educação da Universidade de São Paulo, grupo de pesquisa fundado e coordenado pela Prof.ª Dr.ª Anna Maria Pessoa de Carvalho. Com base em entrevista realizada com a docente e na análise qualitativa de conjunto de teses e dissertações apresentadas pelo grupo, verificamos a relevância da construção teórica realizada pela colaboração Piaget-García para o estabelecimento de estratégias de investigação do LaPEF em seus primeiros anos de formação, especialmente no que diz respeito à questão da construção das noções físicas na psicogênese e na história da Ciência e da construção de uma explicação física. Na pesquisa, demos especial destaque à figura de Rolando García, do qual trazemos registro inédito no Brasil de conferência realizada na Universidade de Genebra no ano de 1982. Das conclusões constam implicações dos elementos discutidos para o ensino de física.
The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the influence of Jean Piaget's and Rolando García's thought on research in physics teaching in Brazil, taking as reference the academic production developed in the Laboratory of Research and Teaching of Physics (LaPEF) of the Faculty of Education of the University of São Paulo, a research group founded and coordinated by Prof. Dr. Anna Maria Pessoa de Carvalho. Based on an interview with the professor and the qualitative analysis of a set of theses and dissertations presented by the group, we verified the relevance of the theoretical construction carried out by the collaboration Piaget-García for the establishment of research strategies of LaPEF in its first years of formation, especially with regard to the construction of physical notions in psychogenesis and in the history of Science and the construction of a physical explanation. In the research, we gave special prominence to the figure of Rolando García, of which we bring unprecedented record in Brazil of a conference at the University of Geneva in 1982. The conclusions include implications of the elements discussed for the teaching of physics.
