Resumo
A pesquisa tem o objetivo de conhecer a participação da oferta da modalidade técnica integrada ao médio, nas instituições públicas do município de Barretos, para a expansão do Ensino Médio. Tendo como objetivos específicos: conhecer a evolução da demanda nas séries iniciais do Ensino Médio Integrado diurno, no período de 2012 a 2020, nas unidades do Centro Paula Souza e Instituto Federal de Ciência e Tecnologia no município de Barretos; analisar os índices de permanência e conclusão da modalidade integrada ao ensino médio na rede pública estadual e federal no município de Barretos. A proposta foi desenvolvida utilizando abordagem qualitativa por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, trazendo na fundamentação teórica os autores: Luiz Antônio Cunha, Maria Ciavatta, Marise Ramos, Acácia Kuenzer e pesquisa documental de registros institucionais e indicadores acadêmicos de gestão como: número de inscritos, vagas ofertadas, concluintes nas séries finais e as perdas durante o ciclo de aprendizagem por trancamentos e evasão em cada habilitação, disponibilizados pelo BDCETEC (Banco de Dados da Cetec) e Plataforma Nilo Peçanha. A pesquisa contribui para as análises da participação da oferta da modalidade técnica integrada ao processo de expansão do ensino médio no período diurno, no município de Barretos, sendo um referencial aos gestores e equipes pedagógicas das Escolas Técnicas do município e de forma expandida do estado de São Paulo.
The objective of this research project is to understand the contribution of an integrated technical modality in public education systems for the improvement of secondary education (SE) in public institutions in the municipality of Barretos. It will have the following specific objectives: Understand the evolution of demand for the modality in the initial grades of SE since its initial offering; analyze of the conclusion and understand the accessability of the integrated technical modality in SE in the state and federal public education systems in the city of Barretos. The proposal will be developed using a qualitative approach through bibliographic research having as a theoretical basis the authors: Luiz Antônio Cunha, Maria Ciavatta, Marise Ramos, Acácia Kuenzer and, documentary research of institutional records and academics management indicators, such as: number of people enrolled, vacancies offered, number of students graduated and losses during the learning cycle due to leaves of absence and discontinuations in each qualification, availability by BDCETEC (Cetec Database) and Nilo Peçanha platform. At the end of this research, we aim to contribute by providing an impact analysis of the integrated technical modality offered to SE at the municipality of Barretos during the process of secondary school expansion during the period of day classes, becoming a reference for managers and pedagogical teams of Technical Schools of the municipality and more broadly for the state of São Paulo.
