Resumo
Este trabalho apresenta um estudo teórico sobre a melhoria no problema de restauração de
sistemas de distribuição de energia elétrica utilizando a metaheurística Busca Dispersa. Essa
técnica permite realizar uma busca global ampliando a possibilidade de encontrar soluções de
qualidade para restabelecer a demanda de energia elétrica perante falhas e contingências no
sistema de distribuição de energia. A execução da restauração no sistema de distribuição de
energia elétrica ocorre isolando a seção em falta. Entretanto o tamanho da seção isolada pode
acarretar numa quantia excessiva de unidades afetadas pela ausência de energia elétrica,
havendo a necessidade de um planejamento na restauração do sistema de distribuição. Este
planejamento consiste na seleção das chaves de manobra que devem ser abertas ou fechadas de
modo a maximizar a quantidade de unidades consumidores reestabelecidas com energia
elétrica. Portanto a aplicação da técnica metaheurística Busca Dispersa otimiza o processo de
restauração do sistema de distribuição.
This work presents a theoretical study on the improvement in the problem of restoration of electrical power distribution systems using the Scattered Search metaheuristic. This technique allows performing a global search, increasing the possibility of finding quality solutions to restore the electric power demand in case of failures and contingencies in the power distribution system. The execution of the restoration in the electrical power distribution system occurs by isolating the section at fault. However, the size of the isolated section may result in an excessive amount of units affected by the absence of electrical power, requiring planning in the restoration of the distribution system. This planning consists in the selection of the switches that should be opened or closed in order to maximize the amount of consumer units restored with electric power. Therefore, the application of the Scattered Search metaheuristic technique optimizes the restoration process of the distribution system.
