Resumo
Utilizando-se dos pensamentos de Foucault, e outros autores, essa pesquisa visa discutir acerca dos mecanismos de controle da sociedade na Educação e como isso tem se refletido para uma patologização do indivíduo com TDAH e consequentemente uma medicalização da vida, tendo documentos oficiais como o Manual Diagnósticos e Estatístico de Transtornos Mentais (DSM-5) que chancelam diversos comportamentos humanos como transtornos de natureza psíquica e necessárias.
Using the thinking of Foucault and other authors, this research aims to discuss the mechanisms of control of society in Education and how this has been reflected in a pathologization of the individual with ADHD and consequently a medicalization of life, having official documents such as the Diagnosis and the Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) that endorse various human behaviors as disorders of a psychic and necessary nature.
