A influência do Colegiado de Desenvolvimento Territorial (Codeter) e do Núcleo de Extensão e Pesquisa em Desenvolvimento Territorial (Nedet) nas ações do Grupo de Mulheres União e seu atual legado

Resumo
Diante uma sociedade pautada em parâmetros que se baseiam em um tradicional machismo estrutural, já arraigado em cada processo, surgem oportunidades para as mulheres agricultoras familiares, as quais descobrem que juntas podem construir um caminho e ir além, quando auxiliadas pelas políticas públicas adequadas. Este trabalho buscou analisar as atividades político-organizativas do Grupo de Mulheres União e suas atividades e trajetória desde sua formação até o período atual. A metodologia de pesquisa consistiu na realização de uma entrevista com a líder do Grupo de Mulheres União, do Assentamento União, no município de Indiaporã (SP), visando levantar as atividades que as integrantes do Grupo têm realizado, além da história de formação do Assentamento e do próprio Grupo, os principais problemas enfrentados durante a pandemia e as formas de organização do Grupo e posteriormente na entrevista com algumas integrantes do Grupo. A narrativa da Líder do Grupo de Mulheres União evidenciou a relevância deste em vários aspectos na vida das integrantes, as quais puderam juntas participar de cursos de formação profissional e pessoal, com o apoio do Colegiado de Desenvolvimento Territorial (Codeter) do Território Noroeste Paulista. Além disso, houve um maior envolvimento político das integrantes, ao reivindicarem melhor qualidade de vida por meio de manifestações e atos pró educação e candidaturas à vereança na última eleição municipal. Apesar das inúmeras atividades e de suas ações refletirem até hoje no Assentamento União, o Grupo de mulheres não resistiu ao final das políticas territoriais, às dificuldades apresentadas pela pandemia e aos conflitos políticos internos ocorridos no Assentamento. Entretanto, o legado do Grupo de Mulheres União permanece por meio da participação das mulheres em cursos hoje oferecidos pelo Senar e nos aprendizados adquiridos, os quais são claramente demonstrados no uso de práticas mais sustentáveis de produção agropecuária, como a utilização de várias técnicas da agricultura orgânica.
Faced with a society based on parameters that are based on a traditional structural machismo, already ingrained in each process, opportunities arise for women family farmers, who discover that together they can build a path and go beyond, when aided by appropriate public policies. This work sought to analyze the political-organizational activities of the Grupo de Mulheres União and its activities and trajectory since its formation until the current period. The research methodology consisted of conducting an interview with the leader of the União Women's Group, from the União Settlement, in the municipality of Indiaporã (SP), in order to survey the activities that the Group's members have carried out, in addition to the history of the formation of the Settlement and the Group itself, the main problems faced during the pandemic and the forms of organization of the Group and later in the interview with some members of the Group. The narrative of the Leader of the União Women's Group highlighted its relevance in several aspects in the lives of the members, who were able to participate in professional and personal training courses together, with the support of the Collegiate of Territorial Development (Codeter) of the Northwest Paulista Territory. In addition, there was a greater political involvement of the members, as they demanded a better quality of life through demonstrations and pro-education acts and candidacies for councilors in the last municipal election. Despite the numerous activities and their actions still reflected in the Union Settlement, the Women's Group did not resist the end of territorial policies, the difficulties presented by the pandemic and the internal political conflicts that occurred in the Settlement. However, the legacy of Grupo de Mulheres União remains through the participation of women in courses currently offered by Senar and in the lessons learned, which are clearly demonstrated in the implementation of more sustainable agricultural production processes, such as the use of various agricultural techniques organic.
