Resumo
Os ambientes de informação dígito-virtuais voltados para a temática LGBTQ+ configuram importantes espaços de acesso e compartilhamento de informações, ao convergir conteúdos sobre existências dissidentes e historicamente marginalizadas, evocar sua cultura e memória, além de dar visibilidade às suas narrativas em múltiplas perspectivas. Tais ambientes demandam estudos que analisem as principais características referentes à estruturação, acesso e compartilhamento da informação para possíveis melhorias nos processos informacionais. O Design da Informação, o Design da Experiência do Usuário e a Curadoria Digital apresentam contribuições para a estruturação, preservação, organização e apresentação da informação convergida em websites, com foco nos sujeitos informacionais. Desse modo, este estudo buscou responder duas questões centrais: Quais as contribuições do Design da Informação em convergência com a Curadoria Digital para a estruturação, organização e apresentação da informação em ambientes Web? Quais as principais características dos ambientes de informação LGBTQ+ referentes à apresentação, acesso e compartilhamento da informação? O objetivo geral da pesquisa foi identificar as contribuições do Design da Informação e da Curadoria Digital, na convergência de linguagens em ambientes digitais LGBTQ+, sob a perspectiva da Ciência da Informação. Para tanto a metodologia utilizada foi de natureza qualitativa e do tipo exploratória e descritiva, constituída a partir da revisão bibliográfica articulada ao método Design Thinking, nas fases de Empatia, Definição e Ideação. Mediante as análises dos websites de informação LGBTQ+ verificou-se que as informações estruturadas e compartilhadas nos ambientes possuem características específicas e contextuais ao movimento que representam por meio da evocação de signos próprios da cultura LGBTQ+. Os recursos dispostos nos ambientes correspondem a utilização de representações sígnicas próprias de um contexto cultural específico visíveis por meio de vocabulário característico, linguagem imagética, ícones, símbolos e cores representativas. Um dos aspectos pontuais dos ambientes é a estruturação da informação a partir da multimodalidade, em que diferentes linguagens convergentes são organizadas e combinadas para melhor comunicação da informação. Destaca-se que o Design da Informação, conjugado às ações de Curadoria Digital, possibilita a articulação de múltiplos elementos favoráveis à estruturação, organização e apresentação da informação ao atuar como tradutor de linguagens, para criação de novos sentidos à informação comunicada, de modo a aproximá-la do contexto sociocultural que representa.
Digital-virtual information environments focused on the LGBTQ+ theme configure important spaces for accessing and sharing information, by converging content on dissident and historically marginalized existences, evoking their culture and memory, in addition to giving visibility to their narratives in multiple perspectives. Such environments require studies which analyze the main characteristics related to the structuring, access and sharing of information for possible improvements in informational processes. Information Design, User Experience Design and Digital Curation present contributions to the structuring, preservation, organization and presentation of converged information on websites, with a focus on informational subjects. Thus, this study sought to answer two central questions: What are the contributions of Information Design in convergence with Digital Curation for the structuring, organization and presentation of information in Web environments? What are the main characteristics of LGBTQ+ information environments regarding the presentation, access and sharing of information? The overall purpose of the research was to identify the contributions of Information Design and Digital Curation, in the convergence of languages in LGBTQ+ digital environments, from the perspective of Information Science. For this purpose, the methodology used was of a qualitative nature, exploratory and descriptive, based on a bibliographic review linked to the Design Thinking method, in the stages of Empathy, Definition and Ideation. Through the analysis of the LGBTQ+ information websites, it was verified that the information structured and shared in the environments have specific and contextual characteristics to the movement they represent through the evocation of signs specific to the LGBTQ+ culture. The resources arranged in the environments correspond to the use of sign representations typical of a specific cultural context visible through characteristic vocabulary, imagery language, icons, symbols and representative colors. One of the punctual aspects of the environments is the structuring of information based on multimodality, in which different convergent languages are organized and combined for better communication of information. It is noteworthy that Information Design, combined with Digital Curation actions, enables the articulation of multiple elements favorable to the structuring, organization and presentation of information by acting as a translator of languages, to create new meanings for the communicated information, in order to bring it closer to the sociocultural context it represents.
