Resumo
Este trabalho objetivou fazer uma caracterização da expansão do setor sucroalcooleiro, da Regional de Andradina, região oeste do Estado de São Paulo, além de descrever e analisar as tecnologias implantadas nas usinas nas áreas agrícola, industrial e administrativa. A metodologia utilizada para levantamento de dados primários foi a entrevista, com perguntas abertas e fechadas, junto a técnicos ligados ao setor sucroalcooleiro. Foram pesquisadas as usinas Gasa de Andradina, Mundial de Mirandópolis e Univalem de Valparaíso. Os resultados mostram a expansão de todo o setor sucroalcooleiro, assim como as inovações tecnológicas utilizadas buscando uma maior competitividade. As principais inovações verificadas na área agrícola foram manejo varietal e utilização de imagens; na área industrial, manutenção preditiva, co-geração de energia e limpeza a seco e na área administrativa o programa computacional ERP Enterprise Resource Planning e a melhoria contínua.
This work aimed at to characterization of the expansion of the section sugar and alchool production of the Andradina’s region area located in northwest of the São Paulo State, besides to describe and to analyze the technologies implanted at the crop, and industries and administrative. The methodology used for rising of primary data it was the interview, with op and closed question, close to linked technicians to the section of sugar and alchool producers. The data were obtained in Usinaof Andradina, Mirandópolis and Valparaíso. The results showed that the expansion of the whole section of the sugar’s and alchool’s production, as well as the used technological innovations looking for a larger competitiveness. The main innovations in agricultural area were maintenance variety and the use of images; in the industrial area were prevention maintenance, co-generation of energy and dry cleaning; finally, in the administrative area, the main innovations were the computer program known as ERP ( Enterprise Resource Planning ) and continuous improvement.
