Environmental education is the great challenge of society being a theme addressed every day in this way, the objective was to bring students with disabilities the Association of Parents and Friends of Exceptional Children - APAE, Ilha Solteira / SP outdoor life. Promoting awareness of the importance of environmental preservation. The study was conducted in November 2014 in Marina Beach, Ilha Solteira/SP, and the auditorium of the Universidade Estadual Paulista – UNESP/Ilha Solteira, by participating students extension project Caça - Vento, Vida-Sub & Bicho do Mato (UNESP), having as target the students of APAE this municipality. Using visual, tactile and locomotor methods try to show the student that he is a constituent part of the environment, and their habits directly influence the balance of nature, for this, we address the following activities: Lecture in the auditorium at UNESP with the theme: The influence the lack of water in the lives of living beings; planting seedlings in Marina Beach (place of great tourist activity in the region); legal fishing and sport fishing. The activities made possible the direct contact with the environment, a maximum utilization, where all students participate in all activities with great exchange of information between monitors, teachers and students.

A Educação Ambiental é o grande desafio da sociedade sendo um tema abordado diariamente, desta forma, o objetivo desse trabalho foi aproximar os alunos com deficiência da Associação de Pais e Amigos dos Excepcionais – APAE, Ilha Solteira/SP da vida ao ar livre. Promovendo a conscientização da importância da preservação ambiental. O trabalho foi realizado em novembro de 2014 na Praia Marina, Ilha Solteira/SP, e no auditório da Universidade Estadual Paulista – UNESP/Ilha Solteira, por alunos participantes do projeto de extensão Caça - Vento, Vida-Sub & Bicho do Mato (UNESP), tendo como público alvo os alunos da APAE deste município. Utilizando métodos visuais, táteis e locomotores procuramos mostrar ao aluno que ele é parte constituinte do meio ambiente, e que seus hábitos influenciam diretamente no equilíbrio da natureza, para isto, abordamos as seguintes atividades: Palestra no auditório na UNESP com o tema: A influência da falta d’água na vida dos seres vivos; o plantio de mudas na Praia Marina (local de grande atividade turística da região); pesca legal e pesca esportiva. As atividades possibilitaram o contato direto com o meio ambiente, um máximo aproveitamento, onde todos os alunos participassem de todas atividades, com grande troca de informações entre monitores, professores e alunos.
