| dc.description.abstract | The shock, now known as a clinical syndrome due to a systemic breakdown in tissue perfusion leading to cellular hypoxia, metabolic changes and consequently organ dysfunction, is a condition that affects both humans and animals and should be classified as an emergency. For its dynamic course the therapy becomes a challenge, all the time time spared in diagnosis and treatment is essential to save the patient's life, so knowledge of its physiopathology can become of great value, and in order to clarify it better, shock has been divided didactically into: cardiogenic, hypovolemic, distributive, and obstructive, so the best approach may be chosen to this situation, noting that the therapy in general is the sum of several procedures that aims to compensate for the animal so that the underlying cause of shock may be treated | en |
| dc.description.abstract | O choque, hoje conhecido como uma síndrome clínica devido a um desarranjo sistêmico na perfusão tecidual que leva a hipóxia celular, alterações metabólicas e consequentemente a disfunção dos órgãos, é um quadro que afeta tanto humanos quanto os animais e deve ser classificado como uma emergência. Por seu decorrer dinâmico a terapêutica torna-se um desafio, todo tempo economizado em diagnóstico e tratamento é imprescindível para salvar a vida do paciente, por isso o conhecimento de sua fisiopatologia pode se tornar de grande valia, e a fim de esclarecê-la melhor, dividiu-se o choque didaticamente em: cardiogênico, hipovolêmico, distributivo e obstrutivo, podendo assim, escolher a melhor conduta perante esta situação, lembrando que a terapêutica em geral é a soma de vários procedimentos que tem como objetivo compensar o animal para que se possa tratar a causa base do choque | pt |
