Resumo
O objetivo central do trabalho é apresentar o detalhamento e orçamento da infraestrutura de uma das torres de um edifício em alvenaria estrutural, localizado na cidade de Ribeirão Preto/SP. Para isto, fora necessário escolher o tipo de fundação, cálculo de seu comprimento e sua quantificação, além do dimensionamento de blocos e vigas baldrames. Optou-se por fundações em estacas hélice contínua com diâmetros de 30 e 35 cm devido às condições impostas pelo subsolo do local. Para determinação do comprimento das estacas, utilizou-se de informações obtidas em perfil de sondagem SPT e do método semiempírico de Aoki-Velloso. Para o dimensionamento dos blocos, fora utilizado o método das bielas comprimidas. Já as vigas foram dimensionadas com auxílio do software TQS. Posteriormente após obtidas todas as dimensões e quantificações, fora realizado breve levantamento de custos para realização de orçamento da fundação.
The main objective of the work is to present the detailing and budget of the infrastructure of one of the towers of a structural masonry building, located in the city of Ribeirão Preto/SP. To do this, it was necessary to choose the type of foundation, calculate its length and its quantification, as well as the dimensioning of blocks and beams. Continuous helix piles were chosen with diameters of 30 and 35 cm due to the conditions imposed by the local subsoil. For the determination of the length of the piles, information obtained from SPT drilling profile and the semi-empirical method of Aoki-Velloso were used. For the dimensioning of the blocks, the method of compressed beams was used. The beams were dimensioned with the help of the TQS software. Afterwards, after obtaining all dimensions and quantifications, a brief cost survey was carried out and the foundation was budgeted.
