Projeto de Fundação de um edifício residencial de 20 pavimentos em Araçatuba (SP)

Abstract

O trabalho trata do dimensionamento das fundações para um edifício hipotético de 20 pavimentos na cidade de Araçatuba (SP). Inicialmente definiu-se a posição dos pilares do edifício, para em seguida fazer o levantamento das cargas atuantes em cada um dos pilares e majorá-las, com estas cargas foram dimensionadas as dimensões dos pilares. Definida a planta de pilares com as cargas majoradas e com o perfil de sondagem SPT do solo se fez a escolha da fundação mais adequada para o edifício, optando-se pela estaca pré-moldada de concreto com 60 cm de diâmetro. De posse dessas informações se deu início ao projeto de fundação, na seguinte sequência: quantificação das estacas por pilar (estaqueamento), disposição das estacas na planta de pilares, determinação do comprimento das estacas, dimensionamento do bloco de coroamento e dimensionamento das cintas de concreto. O estaqueamento, os blocos e as cintas foram dispostos graficamente em pranchas de desenho em escala. O levantamento de materiais e serviços (orçamento) foi realizado, com o qual de determinou o custo total do projeto de fundação para o referido edifício. Portanto, realizou-se o projeto completo de fundação para um edifício de múltiplos andares, com segurança e economia, atingindo-se plenamente os objetivos propostos para o trabalho, bem como contribuindo com a formação do discente.

The work deals with the dimensioning of the foundations for a hypothetical building with 20 floors in the city of Araçatuba (SP). Initially, the position of the building pillars was defined, and then the lifting of the loads acting on each of the pillars and the increase of load was made, with these loads the dimensions of the pillars were dimensioned. Having defined the pillar blueprint with the increased loads and with the Standard Penetration Test of the soil, the choice of the most suitable foundation for the building was chosen, opting for the 60 cm diameter concrete drive pile. With this information in hand, the foundation project was initiated, in the following sequence: quantification of the piles per pillar, disposition of the piles in the pillar blueprint, determination of the length of the piles, dimensioning of the pile cap and dimensioning of the grade beam. Piles, piles cap and grade beams were graphically arranged on scale drawing boards. The survey of materials and services (budget) was carried out, with which the total cost of the foundation project for that building was determined. Therefore, the complete foundation project for a building was carried out, with safety and economically, fully achieving the objectives proposed for the work, as well as contributing to the training of the student.
