O trabalho pedagógico na concepção do cuidar e educar: perspectivas e desafios na Educação Infantil.

Abstract

Esta pesquisa buscou analisar o trabalho e a indissociabilidade entre o cuidar e educar na Educação Infantil do município de Colina/SP. Foi utilizada a abordagem qualitativa, evidenciando-se as conquistas históricas da Educação Infantil no Brasil e os impactos no ensino atualmente. O método utilizado para a interpretação da realidade foi o materialismo histórico dialético, o qual permitiu a leitura crítica da realidade, elencando-se categorias filosóficas de totalidade, historicidade e dialeticidade. Utilizou-se tanto a pesquisa bibliográfica quanto a de campo. Para o estudo bibliográfico, os autores usados foram:Freire,Kuhlman, Kramer, Priore, Ariés, Rizzini, Pilotti, Charlot, entre outros. A pesquisa de campo teve como universo as escolas de Educação Infantil que atendem crianças de 0 a 5 anos de idade, sendo realizadas as entrevistas na E.M.E.I. “Vereador José Ângelo de Souza”. Como sujeitos participantes da pesquisa, contou-se com quatro professoras e a diretora da escola, a coordenadora pedagógica da escola acima citada e a Secretária Municipal de Educação. A apreensão dos dados ocorreu por meio de roteiro semiestruturado. A análise e interpretação dos dados na perspectiva dialética, fez-se uso de categorias teóricas definidas de acordo com o objeto de estudo, que é a indissociabilidade do cuidar e educar na Educação Infantil, são elas: Estado, docente, Educação Infantil, indissociabilidade do cuidar e educar e a criança. Os resultados evidenciaram o cuidar e educar na Educação Infantil como ações indissociáveis para um ensino que estabeleça um desenvolvimento integral às crianças de 0 a 5 anos de idade, porém, fatores como: falta de profissionais qualificados, muitos alunos por sala de aula, condições precárias de trabalho dos profissionais, ausência de investimento financeiro e outros, evidenciaram um atendimento precarizado. Contudo, existem muitas possibilidades e melhorias para que essa indissociabilidade posso ocorrer de fato. Ultrapassar e romper com a concepção assistencialista constituída historicamente, bem como, investimentos do poder público, parceria da escola e a família, são fatores que impulsionam para a melhoria do atendimento das instituições de Educação Infantil no Brasil, especialmente no cenário estudado.

This research aimed to analyze the work and the inseparability between caring and education in Early Childhood Education in Colina-SP. The qualitative approach was applied, highlighting the historical achievements of Early Childhood Education in Brazil and the impacts on the currently education system. The method used for the interpretation of reality was dialectical historical materialism, which allowed the critical analysis of reality, listing philosophical categories of totality, historicity and dialeticity. Bibliographical and field research were used. For the bibliographic study, the authors used were: Freire, Kuhlman, Kramer, Priore, Ariés, Rizzini, Pilotti, Charlot, among others. The field research was carried out at the Early Childhood schools that educate children from 0 to 5 years of age, and the interviews were conducted in the E.M.E.I. "Alderman José Ângelo de Souza". As subjects participating in the research, there were four teachers and the school's director, the pedagogical coordinator of the above-mentioned school and the Municipal Secretary of Education. The collection of the data occurred through a semi-structured script. The analysis and interpretation of the data in the dialectical perspective, made use of theoretical categories defined according to the object of study, which is the inseparability of care and education in Child Education: State, teacher, Child Education, inseparability of care and education and the child. The results evidenced the care and education in Early Childhood Education as inseparable actions for a teaching that establishes an integral development for children from 0 to 5 years of age, but factors as: lack of qualified professionals, many students per classroom, precarious conditions of work, absence of financial investment and others, evidenced a precarious service. However, there are many possibilities and improvements so that this inseparability can actually occur. Overcoming and breaking with the welfareist conception historically constituted, as well as, investments of the government, partnership of the school and the family, are factors that impel to the improvement of the attendance of the institutions of Infantile Education in Brazil, especially in the scenario studied.
