A violência sexual é um fenômeno que afeta milhões de crianças em todo o planeta, independentemente da idade, do gênero ou da classe social. Essa violência pode ser praticada de duas formas: o abuso sexual e a exploração sexual. Diante disso, os transtornos que podem ser ocasionados nas vítimas são de diversas ordens, entre eles: psíquicos, emocionais, físicos, educacionais e sexuais. Os abusos sexuais são, na maioria das vezes, perpetrados de forma intrafamiliar (dentro da família) ou por pessoas próximas à vítima, gerando confusões sentimentais na criança, como culpabilização, medo e, principalmente, contrariedades, pois, se
por um lado, a criança sente afeto pelo agressor, por outro, ela o repele. Esses sentimentos favorecem o silêncio da vítima, perpetuando-se o ato por muito tempo, quiçá por muitos anos, até a revelação. Em outros cenários, a família está ciente dos abusos, mas, por questões financeiras, culturais e patriarcais, omite-se, deixando a criança à disposição do abusador. Nesta pesquisa de cunho qualitativo, foram analisados os relatos de mulheres vítimas de violência sexual na infância e na adolescência, presentes nos documentários Canto de cicatriz, Se você contar, Desumanidades e Um crime entre nós. Os relatos das vítimas de violência sexual foram transcritos e examinados à luz das teorias que conceituam e problematizam a estrutura patriarcal. Os resultados obtidos foram divididos em subcategorias, seguindo o método da análise de conteúdo. As categorias são: 1.0) Violência sexual infantil e seus contextos, e suas subcategorias são: 1.1) Violência sexual intrafamiliar ou por pessoas próximas; 1.2) A violência e as classes sociais. Quanto à segunda categoria, tem-se: 2.0) Violência de gênero e patriarcado, e suas subcategorias: 2.1) Relação de poder e dominação; e 2.2) Corpo feminino. Nelas, foi encontrado que, em ambas as classes sociais, a violência sexual se perpetua e a maioria das participantes foram vítimas de violência sexual pelos seus familiares ou por pessoas próximas. Todas elas estavam ou se sentiam sob o domínio do agressor por questões patriarcais, financeiras, por vergonha ou medo de revelar a alguém ou por ameaças

Sexual violence is a phenomenon that affects millions of children around the planet, regardless of age, gender or social class. This violence can be practiced in two ways: sexual abuse and sexual exploitation. In view of this, the disorders that can be caused in the victims are of different orders, including: psychic, emotional, physical, educational and sexual. Sexual abuse is, most of the time, perpetrated within the family or by people close to the victim, generating sentimental confusion in the child, such as guilt, fear and, mainly, setbacks, because, if on the one hand, the child feels affection for the aggressor, on the other hand, he repels him. These feelings favor the silence of the victim, perpetuating the act for a long time, perhaps for many years, until the revelation. In other scenarios, the family is aware of the abuse, but, for financial,
cultural and patriarchal reasons, it omits to do so, leaving the child at the disposal of the abuser. In this qualitative research, the reports of women victims of sexual violence in childhood and adolescence, present in the documentaries Canto de cicatriz, Se você contar, Desumanidades and Um crime entre nós, were analyzed. The reports of the victims of sexual violence were transcribed and examined in the light of theories that conceptualize and problematize the patriarchal structure. The results obtained were divided into subcategories, following the content analysis method. The categories are: 1.0) Child sexual violence and its contexts, and its subcategories are: 1.1) Sexual violence within the family or by close people; 1.2) Violence and social classes. As for the second category, there are: 2.0) Gender violence and patriarchy, and its subcategories: 2.1) Relationship of power and domination; and 2.2) Female body. In them, it was found that, in both social classes, sexual violence is perpetuated and most of the participants were victims of sexual violence by their family members or close people. All of them were or felt under the domination of the aggressor for patriarchal or financial reasons, for shame or fear of revealing it to someone or for threats.
