Planejamento e execução do evento 40 anos do curso de Relações Públicas - câmpus de Bauru

Abstract

No ano de 2022, o curso de Relações Públicas da Universidade Estadual Paulista “Júlio de Mesquita Filho” (UNESP) comemorou 40 anos de fundação. Diante disso, surgiu à necessidade e a oportunidade de celebrar a trajetória, dos docentes, discentes e servidores. E, por conta do período de isolamento enfrentado na pandemia do Covid-19, a convivência e os laços entre estudantes, professores e profissionais do curso se afrouxaram, destacou-se a relevância em proporcionar um momento a fim de reviver e ao mesmo tempo fortalecer as relações das pessoas que fazem ou fizeram parte do curso. Diante disso, surgiu o evento de 40 anos do curso de Relações Públicas. Partindo de um conceito de forte afetividade e humanização da comunicação, o que primeiramente para isso foi necessário identificar os públicos de interesse e determinar o que o evento buscava de fato promover e alcançar para então planejar suas diversas etapas e atividade. E para planejar o evento 40 anos do curso de Relações Públicas ficou sob responsabilidade da Comissão Organizadora do Curso, em parceria com a Agência Toth Eventos & Comunicação e a empresa Júnior de Relações Públicas do mesmo curso. Já, a Toth Eventos & Comunicação procurou ter a preocupação em atender aos diferentes públicos, a partir do casamento do conhecimento teórico com o prático adquiridos pelos seus integrantes durante sua trajetória de formação. O evento teve duração de 4 dias, entre 27 de novembro a 01 de dezembro de 2022, e contou com palestras, oficinas, rodas de conversas, debates e atividades culturais com diferentes personalidades acadêmicas e do mercado da área de relações públicas, além de profissionais de outras áreas. Portanto o objetivo deste relatório é apresentar as etapas do planejamento das Atividades Culturais e das Oficinas que ficou sob responsabilidade da Agência Toth Eventos & Comunicação, além do apoio oferecido às demais atividades de toda a programação do evento.

In 2022, the Public Relations graduation course at São Paulo State University “Júlio de Mesquita Filho” (UNESP) celebrates its 40th anniversary. Due to this fact, it’s pointed out the need and opportunity to celebrate this milestone in the history of the graduation course path. During its trajectory, hundreds of professors, students, and employees passed through here, forming countless qualified and trained professionals in the area. After a period of isolation faced by the Covid-19 pandemic, the ties and integration between students, professors and graduation professionals were loosened so it is important to highlight the relevance of providing a moment that revives these relationships, besides remembering, sharing and reminding the history of the course. Therefore, the event of 40 years of the Public Relations course emerges. Starting from a concept of strong affectivity, but also, with the aim of providing a space for sharing experiences and knowledge, in first place was necessary to identify the stakeholders and determine what the event seeks to promote and achieve, so that we can plan its various stages. Therefore, we can start from the understanding that events are a form of relationship in the context of Public Relations with the aim of connecting and bringing organizations closer to. their audiences. The planning of the Event of 40 years of the Public Relations course was responsibility of the Organizing Committee of the Course, together with Toth Agency. Toth Events & Communication was born with the concern to serve different audiences, combining the theoretical and practical knowledge that the students of the course acquired during their trajectory. The event lasted 4 days, from November 27 to December 1, 2022, and featured lectures, workshops, conversations, and debates, in addition to cultural activities, which were divided into different shifts and times. In addition, the guests, lecturers, and lecturers were chosen with great care and care, with the aim of bringing professionals and graduates who had ties to the course and the university. Therefore, the objective of this report is to present the planning stages of Cultural Activities and Workshops that were under the responsibility of Toth Events & Communication, in addition to the support offered to other activities in the event's programming.
