Bauru é uma cidade localizada no Centro-Oeste do estado de São Paulo, que pelo tamanho em extensão territorial e número de habitantes, é considerada uma cidade de médio porte. Mas devido ao crescimento populacional e consequentemente habitacional, surgem problemas que geralmente envolvem as cidades de grande porte. Enchentes, a falta de estrutura e saneamento básico em alguns bairros, o desemprego e hospitais com falta de leitos são alguns problemas urbanos que aumentam a carência social e a baixa renda econômica da população. Apesar dos esforços, todos estes problemas não conseguem ser sanados em sua totalidade pela gestão pública, então, para tentar amenizar a situação dos menos favorecidos, a sociedade local se organiza criando as entidades filantrópicas, com vínculo religioso ou não, e com vínculos à prefeitura municipal local. Analisando esse quadro de degradação social local que se reflete em todo o Brasil, vislumbrou-se a possibilidade da criação de um chatBot na rede social Facebook. Este chatBot em forma de questionário por sua vez traz a capacidade de captação de dados autônoma, ou seja, sem a necessidade da intervenção de um operador, e sim apenas através de um convite à pesquisa. Os usuários responderam questões sobre algumas informações pessoais, questões sobre a Secretaria do Bem-Estar Social de Bauru (SEBES) e sobre os 17 Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável estipulados pela ONU, além de questões sobre a sua participação filantrópica/social na comunidade bauruense. Após uma análise das respostas dos convidados, traçou-se alguns cruzamentos e filtros de informações em dashboard sobre a faixa etária e classe econômica destes colaboradores espontâneos, além de se investigar o conhecimento da população sobre os serviços prestados pela SEBES e as Organizações de Sociedade Civil. Verificou-se a necessidade de se conhecer os benefícios que a população em estado de vulnerabilidade necessita e que a sociedade bauruense, em modo geral, desconhece. Embora a maioria dos perfis analisados dos entrevistados apresentou um nível de renda familiar acima da média das famílias brasileiras e um nível de escolaridade acima do ensino médio, o conhecimento dos 17 ODS e a participação destes indivíduos nas Organizações da Sociedade Civil está aquém dos moldes de uma sociedade equilibrada, organizada e inserida socialmente.

Bauru is a city located in the Midwest of the state of São Paulo, which, due to its size in territorial extension and number of inhabitants, is considered a medium-sized city. But because of population growth and consequently bigger demand of housing, problems arise that usually involve larger cities. Floods, the lack of structure and basic sanitation in some neighborhoods, unemployment and shortage of beds in hospitals are some urban problems that increase the social deprivation and the low economic income of the population. Despite the efforts, all these problems cannot be completely solved by the public administration, therefore, in an attempt to alleviate the situation of the less fortunate, the local society is organized by creating philanthropic entities, whether religious or not, and with ties to the city hall local council. Analyzing this picture of local social degradation that is reflected throughout Brazil, the possibility of creating a chatBot on the Facebook social network was envisioned. This chatBot in the form of a questionnaire in turn brings the ability to capture data autonomously, that is, without the need for the intervention of an operator, with only a research guest. Users answered questions about some personal information, questions about the Secretariat of Social Welfare of Bauru (SEBES) and about the 17 Sustainable Development Goals stipulated by the UN, as well as questions about their philanthropic / social participation in the city’s community. After an analysis of the responses of the guests, some intersections and information filters were drawn up on the dashboard about the age and economic class of these spontaneous colaborators, in addition to investigating the population's knowledge about the services offered by SEBES and Civil Society Organizations. It was necessary to know the benefits that the population in a state of vulnerability needs and that the society of Bauru, in general, is unaware of. Although most of the analyzed profiles of interviewees showed a level of family income above the average of Brazilian families and a level of education above high school, the knowledge of the 17 SDGs and the participation of these individuals in Civil Society Organizations falls short of the standards of a balanced, organized and socially inserted society.
