Com o apoio das teorias feministas decolonial, interseccional e negra e, ainda, construtivista das Relações Internacionais, busca-se apresentar a grande contribuição exercida pelos movimentos de mulheres negras, em âmbito internacional e nacional, na conquista de direitos e no combate às desigualdades e violências de gênero. Uma vez que, estas coordenaram os primeiros debates interseccionais sobre as opressões de gênero, raça e classe, criticando os ideais universalistas difundidos pelas feministas brancas ocidentais. Portanto, é primordial discutir sobre o contexto histórico e social que permeia a caminhada desse segmento social. Demonstrando a relação destes movimentos no Brasil, com os demais coletivos latino-americanos, como um meio para elucidar sobre as redes de movimentos sociais. Ademais, a atuação destes será tratada no contexto da governança global, os quais participam da elaboração da agenda internacional, orientando as tomadas de decisões dos policymakers em prol da materialização de direitos. Assim, se atentará sobre o papel desempenhado pelas Organizações Internacionais, como a ONU-Mulheres e o Sistema Interamericano de Direitos Humanos. Diante disso, esta pesquisa busca responder o seguinte questionamento: os movimentos de mulheres negras e feministas impactam significativamente no processo de conquista e consolidação de direitos no meio nacional, a partir da atuação em âmbito internacional?
Abstract (english)
This research, from the perspective of decolonial, postcolonial and constructivist theories of International Relations, seeks to present the great contribution exerted by the black women’s movements, both nationally and internationally, in the process of conquering rights and to fight against inequalities and gender violence. Since, they coordinate the first intersectional debate about race, gender and social class, which criticize universalist ideals spreads by white and western feminists. Therefore, it’s important to discuss the historical and social context of the struggle of those women. Relating brazilian and Latin American movements, what will be used to explain about the networked movements. In addition, the performance of those movements will be treated from the perspective of Global Governance, which them participates in the elaboration of the international agenda, like guiding policymakers decisions in favor of materializing the protections and gain of rights. Thus, this research will treat the role played by International Organizations like UN-Women and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. Therefore, it seeks to answer the follow question: Does black and feminist women’s movements significantly impacts the process of conquer and consolidation of rights in the national enviroment, according to performace at the international level?
