Trabalho em rede como estratégia de promoção da Soberania e Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional envolvendo pesquisadores de Brasil e América Latina

Abstract

Objetivo: Avaliar o processo de articulação da Rede de Soberania e Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional da UNASUL integrando ensino, pesquisa e extensão com o propósito de garantia do Direito Humano a Alimentação. Método: Este estudo envolveu dados coletados em 20 instituições brasileiras e 24 projetos de Ensino, pesquisa e Extensão. Os participantes do estudo foram os pesquisadores do Brasil e dos países da América Latina envolvidos nos projetos de pesquisa da chamada publica Chamada MCTI/Ação Transversal–LEI/CNPq Nº 82/2013 - Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional no Âmbito da UNASUL e ÁFRICA, lançado pelo Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação e o Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico no ano 2013 e desenvolvido entre 2014 e 2016, os quais fazem parte da Rede SSAN-UNASUL, induzida como estratégia de execução do Programa. Para a coleta de dados foram utilizados os relatórios do MCTI e de arquivos da UNESP referentes à atuação dos Núcleos ou grupos de pesquisa brasileiros contemplados no edital. Resultados: A análise da rede mostrou uma crescente densidade de organizações nas quais muitos países se uniram de forma incremental, o que significa que os novos membros acharam fácil se conectar à rede. A centralização também mostrou que a rede em 2014 estava claramente conectada, graças ao papel central desempenhado pela coordenação técnico - executiva e, em 2016, essa tarefa foi compartilhada com uma das instituições que articulam as relações de cooperação da rede. A análise destacou que a cooperação internacional permite ampliar as relações estabelecidas entre os atores sociais dos projetos, com vistas a promover a disseminação do conhecimento e o trabalho acadêmico colaborativo. Conclusão: O estudo forneceu informações sobre a arquitetura da Rede SSAN-UNASUL, indicando que ela foi induzida organicamente, destacando o papel central da coordenação técnico-executiva, coordenadores regionais e projetos de indutores. As interações entre os membros da Rede SSAN-UNASUL, destacaram que a cooperação internacional permite ampliar as relações estabelecidas entre os atores sociais dos projetos de indução, com o objetivo de promover a disseminação do conhecimento e o trabalho acadêmico colaborativo.

Objective: To evaluate the process of articulation of the UNASUR Food and Nutrition Sovereignty and Security Network integrating teaching, research and extension with the purpose of guaranteeing the Human Right to Food. Method: This study involved data collected from 20 Brazilian institutions and 24 Teaching, Research and Extension projects. The study participants were researchers from Brazil and Latin America involved in the research projects of the public call Call MCTI / Cross Action - LEI / CNPq No. 82/2013 - Food and Nutrition Security within UNASUR and AFRICA, launched by Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation and the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development in 2013 and developed between 2014 and 2016, which are part of the SSAN-UNASUR Network, induced as a Program implementation strategy. For data collection, the MCTI reports and UNESP archives referring to the performance of the Brazilian Nuclei or research groups contemplated in the notice were used. Results: Network analysis showed a growing density of organizations in which many countries joined incrementally, meaning that new members found it easy to connect to the network. Centralization also showed that the network in 2014 was clearly connected, thanks to the central role played by the technical - executive coordination and, in 2016, this task was shared with one of the institutions that articulate the network 's cooperative relations. The analysis highlighted that the international cooperation allows to broaden the relations established between the social actors of the projects, with a view to promoting the dissemination of knowledge and the collaborative academic work. Conclusion: The study provided information on the architecture of the SSAN-UNASUR Network, indicating that it was organically induced, highlighting the central role of technical-executive coordination, regional coordinators and inductor projects. The interactions between the members of the SSAN-UNASUR Network, highlighted that international cooperation allows to broaden the relationships established between the social actors of induction projects, with the objective of promoting the dissemination of knowledge and collaborative academic work.
