The design of scientific orbits for applications in space missions require a deep understanding about how the perturbations acting in the spacecraft will affect its dynamics. For such missions, the information about the energy transfered/removed to/from the spacecrats orbit due to perturbative forces are very desired. In this context, this work intend to use techniques that can provide measurements of these energies and to make perturbation maps of the regions that can be considered for use in different missions. The study proposes to make a detailed study of the orbits, in particular the identifying the ones showing the largest gains or losses of energy due to the presence of the planetary moons. Details of the contribution of each perturbing force and the orbital motion are presented. The results are useful to help to find regions in these planetary systems that gives larger modifications in the energy of the spacecraft.en
