Texto teatral: o gênero dramático no livro didático do ensino fundamental 1

Abstract

Esta dissertação está vinculada à linha de pesquisa “Processos formativos, ensino e aprendizagem” do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Estadual Paulista “Júlio de Mesquita Filho” (FCT/UNESP), campus de Presidente Prudente. O objetivo geral foi analisar como os livros didáticos, em sua versão do professor (PNLD 2017/21), adotados pela cidade de Presidente Prudente – SP, no ano de 2020, orientam a leitura e a utilização do texto teatral em sala de aula. Para esse fim, subdividimos maneiras de buscar respostas para nossas indagações e traçamos objetivos mais específicos: a) demonstrar como o gênero dramático está inserido na proposta do currículo escolar; b) apresentar a importância do texto gênero dramático nas práticas escolares; e por fim, c) averiguar se as marcações do texto de teatro dentro do livro didático estão de acordo com o gênero. Como metodologia de pesquisa, optamos pela vertente bibliográfica analítica: documental, com a análise dos documentos que norteiam o trabalho pedagógico; bibliográfica, pois abordamos como instrumento de pesquisa os livros didáticos do professor; e analítica, pois o estudo foi feito considerando as propostas de leitura no manual didático referentes ao gênero teatro. Para embasar a pesquisa, selecionamos autores tanto das áreas de conhecimento em linguística (Bakhtin, 1992), em formação de leitores (Coelho, 1999), em arte educação (Barbosa, 1998) e teatro (Pavis, 2008). Os resultados mostram um currículo que agrega o gênero dramático com leituras de textos teatrais em sala de aula sem o aprofundamento com relação às especificidades da obra teatral. Por fim, ressaltamos a importância da capacidade de transformação da arte junto às práticas pedagógicas com o teatro que, com o envolvimento docente, pode auxiliar no desenvolvimento pedagógico.

This research is linked to the line of research “Training processes, teaching and learning” of the Graduate Program in Education at the Faculty of Science and Technology of the São Paulo State University “Júlio de Mesquita Filho” (FCT/UNESP), Presidente Prudente campus. The general objective was to analyze how the textbooks, teacher version (PNLD 2017/21), adopted by the city of Presidente Prudente in the year 2020, guided the reading and development of activities related to the theatrical text. How are the texts in the textbooks and the suggested activities? To this end, we subdivided ways to seek answers to our questions and outlined very specific objectives: a) to demonstrate that the dramatic genre is inserted in the proposal of the school curriculum; b) present the importance of the dramatic genre text in school practices; and finally, c) verify if the theater text markings inside the textbook are in accordance with the genre. As a research methodology, we opted for analytical bibliographical, documental with the analysis of the documents that guide the pedagogical work, bibliographical because we approach the teacher's textbooks as a research instrument, and analytical, since the analysis was carried out considering the activities proposed in the didactic manual pertaining to the theater genre. To base the research we selected authors both from the areas of knowledge in linguistics (Bakhtin, 1992), in reader formation (Coelho, 1999), in art education (Barbosa, 1998) and theater (Pavis, 2008). The results show a curriculum that combines the dramatic genre with readings of theatrical texts in the classroom without deepening in relation to the genre - theatrical work. Finally, we emphasize the importance of art's ability to transform together with pedagogical practices with theater, which with teacher involvement can help in pedagogical development, as well as help in the development of orality, performance, speech, interpretation, and understanding. of the textual structure.
